Reservation Policy

1.  All  reservations must be guaranteed with your club card, Visa, or MasterCard.  If you prefer to pay by check or cash you may, when signing in at the social. If  you do not wish to provide a club card number with your reservation, you may pay  by check, in advance, NLT 12:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the function.

2.  Reservations chairpersons must receive all reservations AND cancellations NLT 12:00  p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the function. Reservations or cancellations  made after this date/time cannot be guaranteed.  For functions that include  spouses, permanent reservations stand.  However, the member must call to the reservations chairperson to add their spouse to the reservation.

 3.  If you do not cancel an established reservation by Tuesday, 12:00 p.m. deadline, your club card will be charged to insure the OSC can meet its debt to the Jimmy Doolittle  Center for the function.  In addition, when a member makes a reservation, another member cannot sign in or âœtake her place at the  function.
