Reservations can be made by sending a request to the following people:

Last Names M-Z

Reservation Policy

1. Reservations will be guaranteed with your Club Card, Visa, or MasterCard. Unless you specify at the time of your reservation that you wish to pay by cash or check, your card will be charged.

2. To pay by check or cash: After guaranteeing your reservation with your Club Card, Visa, or Mastercard, you may still pay by cash or check when you sign in at the social. If you do not wish to provide a credit card number with your reservation, you must deliver your payment to one of the Reservation Chairs by 12:00pm on the Tuesday prior to the function.

3. All reservations and cancellations must be communicated to the Reservation Chair no later than 12:00pm on the Tuesday prior to the function. Reservations and cancellations made after that time cannot be guaranteed.

4. If you do not cancel an established reservation by 12:00pm on the Tuesday deadline, your card will be charged to ensure that the OSC is able to pay the amount due to the Jimmy Doolittle Center for the social. Please understand that when we order a certain number of meals from the JDC, the OSC is obligated to pay for those meals, even if we have "No Shows." Your cooperation ensures our reservations process is efficient.

SPECIAL NOTICE:

Due to increases prices at the JDC, meals for all socials will be $11 for Club Card members and $14 for non-members, unless otherwise noted.
